Why is this film not included in Joan's DVD movie collection?

I think Joan did a super job in this film. She was fantastic in this character. Why in the world is this film not included in Joan's DVD package collection?

Joan has multiple boxed sets.

"Harriet Craig" is included on the TCM DVD set called "Joan Crawford in the 1950s". It also includes 3 other movies. The set is available on ebay.
