ok, I remember them being in the swap together with everyone in pursuit but for the life of me I just cant remember what happens in the last 2 minutes. Can some one refresh my memory?

Dave and Clyde catch up to them, Bart wants to surrender, Annie wants to kill some more and raises a gun, they're both gunned down.

Only think I couldn't understand was the swamp in the mountains.

I though posssibly Bart was gunned down by Annie.

Bart shot Annie when he saw her getting ready to shoot Dave and Clyde.

Yes, Bart finally killed someone - his girlfriend - to defend his friends. He was gunned down for his pains.
