Invented Language?

I think I too saw this film many years ago, perhaps on TV in Boston in the 60s. Can anyone recall if this is the film for which a bogus language was created for the natives of the imagined Eastern European country? I'm pretty sure Herbert Lom was in it, but I thought Marius Goring was as well. If I'm on the wrong track, can anyone steer me toward the film I'm trying to recall?

Well, I found the answer myself. This indeed is the film with an invented language for the invented Balkan country. Not only do all the natives speak this language, the filmmakers went to the trouble of printing theater posters, political signs, and newspapers in the bogus language. Not a bad film otherwise -- well plotted, written and acted, with good location camera work.

The film with Marius Goring is Circle of Danger, made the year after this one and starring Ray Milland. It is a low-budget but decent thriller in which Milland goes to Scotland to investigate about his brother's mysterious death, and Goring plays a rather suspicious local character.
