The ending was a bunch of crap

I thought it was a stupid ending the way he let's Will Marlow live and turns him over to the authorities. If somebody trapped my family in the house and put fire to it, I'd want to see them die nice and slow. Instead, Marlow will stand trial and most likely hang. He will die quick, while Hollister's family suffered and died horribly.
