DVD + Blu-ray coming August 21, 2012

Olive Films is releasing Captain Carey, U.S.A. on DVD ($24.95 retail) and Blu-ray ($29.95) on August 21, 2012. No extras, but Olive's previous releases of Paramount pictures have all been excellent.

This is not an excellent Blu-ray disc. It looks like a lack-lustre DVD. It is, however, better than nothing.

That's too bad. Normally Olive is much better than that. Maybe the source material wasn't great. Anyway, as you say, better than nothing.
