her voice. I would have really enjoyed the movie more if her voice wasn't so high and annoying. Besides that, loved it.

Absolutely - the voice is perfect for dimwitted little Billie. And her opening line, the screeching "Whaaaaatttttt?" is pure comedy gold. Judy Holliday is perfection in this role. I cannot possibly imagine anyone else doing as good a job.
