After she escaped from the locked room and got out the back door, she went right, out to the street where she would be easily seen instead of left down the alley and probably to another street. Then she went out of her way to make noise so as to be easily followed.

At about 1:15 in, getting off the elevator shortly after Mais and Legenza finish climbing the stairs. Then walking away from reception the next time they show Legenza and Mais And again, standing behind the cops right after the shooting starts. That guy is the only person I see even remotely resembling Flynn in the whole film.
