they are kinda similar with the main character both fighting for good and there sidekicks are stereotypical characters who didnt speak english correctly...but after watching them which show made you laugh more at how goofy it was?

I was watching these shows as a little kid - first run!
They are NOT "unintentionally funny" or "goofy" to anyone of my generation.
I imagine that you were probably born in the 80's - otherwise you wouldn't have made the inane comments that you did.
I'm a 60's kid, so both the Lone Ranger and Cicso Kid are before my time. I DO find humor in both shows, but I think the Lone Ranger took itself a little more seriously, whereas Cicso felt a lil bit tongue in cheek.
