How can I get the novel???

For many years I'm trying to find the novel by James Webb called "Fugitive from Terror" on which this movie "Woman in Hiding" is based on.

It was published in an American newspaper in the late 40's, but that's all I could find out online. Maybe there never was a hardcover edition out there?

According to Worldcat, it was published in The Saturday Evening Post, vol. 221, April 9-May 7, 1949. If you can find a library nearby that has a collection of Saturday Evening Post back issues (in paper, film, or electronic format), you should be able to read it there.
