The Odeon Entertainment Group Region 2 DVD.

A superb transfer of this classic film, with excellent picture and sound quality. Produced in a limited edition of only 2,000 copies, each copy is numbered and the number of mine when I received it from amazon uk a few weeks ago was 0853, which means they're half gone already, so get it while you can. A special 16 page glossy booklet is included, entitled "The Making of The Window", full of stills and background information and biographical information on the stars of the film and the people who made it. There is also a stills gallery on the disc as a special feature. Odeon have done this film proud. Go for it today before all the DVD's are sold!

I have just ordered a copy of the above DVD, from eBay, I am sure I will enjoy watching The Window (1949) when I receive the DVD, I am sure I will also find the 16 page booklet interesting.

It's a tremendous film, Ian, and Bobby Driscoll won an Oscar for his performance in it. I hope it's the Odeon DVD you've bought on eBay, as a transfer from anywhere else may not be of the same high quality and won't have the booklet inside.

I received a copy of The Window (1949), through the post today, David, I bought the Odeon DVD, and the 16 page booklet was inside, the DVD was new, the number on front of the DVD was 07, I look forward to watching The Window, hopefully this week.

I was mistaken about the number on the DVD, the number was on the back of the DVD - 0790.
