Odd but well done

I am fond of this Bing Crosby movie that I had never known about before.It is part musical,light comedy,murder mystery,& eventually becomes quite dark & grim although it ends on a nice note.Bing is his warm,affable,charming self.Ann Blyth is lovely & has a wonderful singing voice. Barry,Hume,& John are all excellent as supporting cast.
