Susan Providing Whiskey

Why would Susan provide Sammy with a bottle of whiskey at the end when he returns and she is in his flat? She knows he battles alcoholism! Does this mean she accepts him totally (after that big fight when she told him he was sorry for himself, etc.). If so, she is crazy and will continue the dysfunctional relationship they had. Are they implying that after his "sea change" when he defused that new bomb he was no longer an alcoholic? It didn't make any sense to me...
