Screening in NYC

Good news for those on the east coast, especially those in NYC.

The Film Forum at 209 West Houston Street is running a Brit Noir season
which includes The Small Back Room, showing on 9th August at 3:30 & 7:30.

They're also showing Peeping Tom on September 2nd & 3rd with multiple screenings

There are some great films in the season they're running including:
The Third Man
Hell is a City
Night and the City + It Always Rains on Sunday - a Googie double bill
Victim
So Long at the Fair
Gaslight - the proper version with Anton
Wanted for Murder
Brighton Rock
Yield to the Night
and many others

See their web site for details and tickets

"The proper version with Anton". Love it! I usually refer to it as "the superior UK version".
How I wish to see it on the big screen!
Sammy and Susan too!

Yes, sir, I'm going to do nothing like she's never been done before!

Shame that last screening of The Small Back Room was in August last year. But they do screen other P&P masterpieces on big screens around the States and around the world.
