Which is better: Port Of New York or The Breaking Point?

The highlight of the "B" thriller, Port Of New York, with Scott Brady, Richard Rober, and Yul Brynner is the truly incredible 1940s location footage of New York's waterfront.

The Breaking Point is arguably the finest film version of Hemingway's novel To Have and Have Not. The story is shifted from Cuba to California. And of course, instead of Bogey and Bacall, we have John Garfield and Patricia Neal

Both give the flavor of the coast, be it East or West.
So which is the better of the two?

I killed him for money and for a woman. I didn't get the money... and I didn't get the woman.
