Character Name

I just finished watching this film, and the character played by Yul Brynner is named Leo Stasser, NOT--repeat NOT--Paul Vicola. Every source I've checked contains this error. But if you watch the film closely, there is one scene in which Mickey goes into the building where Leo Strasser has his office, and his name is clearly spelled out on the door of the office. Throughout the film, he was referred to as Leo Strasser, not Paul Vicola. In fact, in the scene just before Mickey goes into the office building, a co-worker identifies Brynner to Mickey as Leo Strasser. If someone can explain why Brynner's character is called Paul Vicola in cast listings and plot summaries, I'd appreciate it.

I've just finished watching this film also. (I thought it was good.) But I'm afraid it's you who's in error. Yul Brynner's character is addressed as 'Paul' numerous times, from his first appearance onwards, by 'Toni' (K T Stevens). 'Leo Stasser' is a different character. He's played by William Challee. Check the IMDb cast-list, and watch the film again on YouTube. Regards.
