Yeh, Ricardo was very strong and rugged looking back in the 40s. You can also see how the women in the film flock around him such as at the nightclub scene when he was there with Esther and Keenan Wynn. Also, I'm sure many of you know Ricardo played bad guy Vince Ludwick in "Naked gun" and was able too woo beautiful Presilla Presley, well until she found out he was a bad guy.
