Just need it clarified for my American ears. "How can I be happy with either of them with the tither the charmer?"

Did I hear that right? Can I substitute tither for other?

The quote is from THE BEGGAR'S OPERA, a musical written in the 1700s. The main character has been caught flirting with two women at the same time and is worried that he may have to choose one.

"How happy would I be with either, 'twere other dear charmer away".
