I had last watched this childhood favorite of mine when I was 10 years old. Found and bought the VHS on eBay, and today I watched it again for the first time in over 40 years.

Yes, it's a fun baseball movie from the days before Redford and Costner made the game into a pretentious, dreary, solemn religion.
