Ink Spots reference?

Near the end of the song about the three heads, the style of the music changes. One of the heads begins a narration, in a slightly disguised black dialect. The other heads begin singing in a falsetto style. This strikes me as being a parody of the vocal group called the Ink Spots. Their style was parodied by other comics of the time including Spike Jones. Did anyone else notice this?

Yes! Danny Kaye makes a comment along the lines of, "None of you care about me!". Then the three talking heads sing a melody similar to "If I Didn't Care" which was a big hit for The Ink Spots about 10 years before this movie was released.
