137 Christopher Street
I love this movie and I watch it every holiday season. For those who care about the locations mentioned in the movie, I just went to them. Steve Mason (Mitchum) gives his address as 137 Christopher Street. There is no 137 Christopher Street, but there is a 137a Christopher Street. There is a gate there that leads to an alley. On the gate is a sign that says, "Philip Teller- Architect." It is located between the entrance to the PATH trains and 139 Christopher Street, which looks like the kind of place that Steve Mason was living.
Connie lived at 155 East 75th Street. This is an apartment building that is just east of Lexington Avenue and located next to a Bar/restaurant called Orsay. Of course they did not film this in New York, but I thought maybe someone would be interested in this.
By the way the seals are still at the Central Park Zoo and they still don't want to be president of the First National Bank.
