Eeek! Reminds me of SAW

I'm just catching the last half of this movie on TCM. Hang it, I would have watched the whole thing or DVR'd it if I'd known it was going to be on. This captive all ragged and chained up in that crummy room with the concrete floor and dirty bathtub reminds me of SAW. Very crreeeepy.
