Filming location?

Does anyone know where this movie was filmed?
There's no mention of it here at imdb when there usually is for most movies, why is that?

A lot, if not all, of the shots on location were filmed in the Mohawk Valley in northern California, about an hour north of Lake Tahoe. California highway 89 runs along the east side of the valley. That is the road where the opening part is filmed.
