Information about the actor Anthony Tancred

Could anyone provide me with any biographical material on the actor Anthony Tancred (who plays Maureen O'Hara's loyal brother). IMDB is uncharacteristically lacking in any info whatsoever. He may have done some TV work under the name Kean or Keane.

I wish I could help. I don't know anything about the actor Anthony Tancred, but he has something about him that makes me think I've seen him before, but I can't place the role or movie. I thought he was very good in the role he played here.
