ROCK 'EM SOCK 'EM ROBOTS ...

The only thing I found interesting about this yawner was the early version of the famous 60s kids toy "ROCK 'EM SOCK 'EM ROBOTS" by Mattel. Just about every kid on my block had them in the early/mid (?) 60s. In this movie, they're an arcade game, a cruder version but basically the same. I never knew they existed prior to the Mattel toy companies offering ... as I would imagine, most of us didn't unless you saw this flick.
Hardly worth mentioning I know but to some of us baby boomers, this iconic contraption of a toy is right up there with memories of JFK, the Beatles on Ed Sullivan etc. They still sell on eBay to this day.
