Weird barbed wire

Many scenes of illegal aliens, border police, and assorted villains crossing barbed wire fences make it look like a day in the park.

Real barbed wire would have caused serious puncture wounds and lacerations in people passing fast and casually thru fences shown in the movie. Production design took a holiday here.

All the barbed wire in Border Incident looks exactly like the barbed wire that was all over my grandfather's farm. It was designed to keep livestock in, not to keep people out.
