Where can I rent/buy/find/see?? ????????

Would that I could. I have strong memories of this film which I saw 58 or so years ago. Was it Cagliostro or a 'reasonable facsimile?' Do I remember correctly that the sets being Bibiena inspired? {No I did not know of the Bibienas at the age of nine, but when 10 or so years later I did learn of their work, I thought of this film.
MAJOR melo-drama and exciting chewing of the scenery by Welles, n'cest pas?
If you find a copy on VCR or Disc please lemmee know. I'll do the same
