Comedy?

I saw this film listed as a noir parody, and IMDB calls it a comedy. I don't understand that. It's got a couple of moments of comic relief, but hardly enough to call it a comedy. The Big Sleep, by contrast, has a lot more comedic elements in it, but I've never heard The Big Sleep called a comedy.
