Not available in the USA but now available on you tube with French sub-titles. I know Miss Davis hated this movie (she said it had the longest death scene in film history). However, she was just wonderful and held the movie together . A younger woman desperate to leave would not have been as believable as a 40 year old, who would be more desperate. Once again, her courage as an actress continues to be unparalleled.
