This movie is so true...
This movie just came on recently, and thought how much this is like Blagojevich. Comes in as a reformer against the current corruption and in the end is just as corrupt.

He's HUGE conservative Republican and once when I asked him why he didn't want to go into politics and that was the same answer.
I thought my dad would LOVE to see that in a movie, his morals, but he doesn't have any taste in good movies! XD
This movie was just kind of depressing...

"From Here to Eternity" is a great movie. Dumbfounded that your dad prefers it? He sounds like he's pretty smart, and is just waiting for you to catch up.
