Wasn't There an American TV Cartoon Special of WIND + THE WILLOWS?

I could almost swear I saw an original tv cartoon of THE WIND AND THE WILLOWS as a kid in the early to mid 1970's although IMDb does not list any 1960's or 1970's productions of the story. I think it may have played during Thanksgiving holiday season. It wasn't the Disney cartoon (I did see the Disney one on tv as well), just a one-time special and it may have been syndicated rather than a network program. Does anybody remember this show?

I remember this as well, I had a VHS that my mom recorded off TV. But I can't remember what production company made it, or even which channel it was on. I've been looking for it off and on for years and could never find it :-(
