Harry Lauter in Letter of the Law?

At the beginning of the episode "Letter of the Law", I thought I spotted actor Harry Lauter playing the part of the guy who excapes from the prison. It's the second scene where the bad guy ambushes someone and steals his clothes.

Anyone elese notice this?

I just went over that episode carefully and stopped my DVR to make sure of the person you mentioned. It was not Harry Lauter. It was in fact the person that portrayed Sam Slater - Robin Short. Sorry:-(
