The title song.

Who cares if it fits the film or not, it's gorgeous, and I'd be interested to know which chorus (sounds like Fred Waring's work) sings it. The lyrics:

The velvet touch ...

I felt a touch of love when I saw you smile.
I fell so much in love in a little while ...
My heart opened Heaven's door and you walked through,
And then the velvet touch of meeting you ...

Soft summer breezes seemed to invade the room ...
Sweet scent of roses filled it with a grand perfume ...
But I only live to feel that thrill divine,
The velvet touch of your lips when your lips touch mine.

It, and the accompanying title cards, are wildly inappropriate for the film though.
They would be more suitable for a light glossy musical.

You might deem the title song inappropriate for its 'light glossy musical' nature, yet it works as a juxaposition for that exact reason. The irony of Valarie's 'velvet touch' was it led to murder and her crippling guilt.

"I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not".
