Music score

Until I accidentally caught this today on Turner Classic Movie, I had never heard of this movie. It is pretty much a standard Lassie tearjerker--meaning that it very effectively moved this viewer--but I was very impressed by the music score. I don't know if this score is available, but it certainly deserves a life of its own. It is powerfully emotive without being saccharine, and doesn't need a visual component for enjoyment. A triumph for Andre Previn.
