A little bit of trivia here...The Harry King residence is the same house depicted in the 1950 film, The Jackpot, starring Jimmy Stewart. The front door, wallpaper and windows have been changed a bit but it's fun to watch two different film families share comedy antics within the same home.

I was wondering if house was a real dwelling, and not just a set. Sometimes, they so seamlessly match the interiors to the exteriors, that you can't tell.

From what you say, I wonder if the house (and the entire street) is part of Fox's "back lot?"
