It's a Play with One Scene

This video is great to use in the classroom to teach setting in a play. It's perfect...because there is one setting...but I still wanted them to flip the room so I could see them through the big window.

I also LOVE the old lady who visits for the "party." She loves the movie by "what's his name" who was also in "what's its name"!

Agreed, love it but would have liked to see it from the outside, perhaps from quite a ways away.

Creasy: Okay, my friend. It's off to the next life for you. I guarantee you, you won't be lonely..

One movie set (not one scene), but three acts.

-- early afternoon: before the guests arrive

-- afternoon: party

-- night: Rupert returns after the party

You got me! :) Thank you for the correction! (I hope you enjoyed the movie as much as I always do!)

It happened a few times, on a characters back or the chest lid. Does anybody know? I'm guessing Hitchcock did this to make the audience think we were going to leave the apartment and go into a flashback or elsewhere. Am I right?
