What is it they're drinking in Cuba?

Anyone know? Tall glass, reddish looking liquid, something looking like orange peels inside?

Don't let me put thoughts in your head, but of course my first thought was, they must be drinking cuba libres, but if you search the web for pictures of them, they don't look like that.
