Sorry, but I don't think her voice is even up to (real life) road house standards. I mean, dynamite looking dame . . . Terrific actress . . . But I'd rather listen to the warbling of Mrs. Miller than Ida Lupino.

Good god she's awful at singing. I don't usually come on to this forum mid-movie but after listening to her singing her second song, I just couldn't stand it anymore. The actors all listening in awe around the room are pretty damn good at acting!
