This is an IMPORTANT 1939 movie (the best year in movie history!), and
it could have stopped WWII and the anti-Russian witch hunt of the
1940's and 1950's mania which defined USA politics and made "Tricky
Dick Nixon" the USA President and leader of the pro-capitalist junta
which got China (in 1972) to offer its cheap slave sweatshop labor to
make WalMart what it is today....the USA's biggest, best company.
NINOTCHKA (1939) also took pot-shots at Russia and Communism in 1939,
but was NOT as powerful or persuasive as this ballet movie....
