Disney rights?

During the course of the film, Joseph Cotten goes to the Rialto movie theater to speak with one of the Hammerstein's (vaudeville) theater ex-employees about Jennie's parents, the Appletons.

In the background a Mickey Mouse cartoon is playing on the movie screen. It goes on for some time.

I'm wondering about the copyright arrangement between Selznick and Disney.

I know the 1933 film "Hollywood Party" had a technicolor cartoon sequence featuring Mickey Mouse - and that this sequence for many years was cut from any showing of the film because of an expired copyright arrangement (now the film can be shown intact after an agreement with Disney).

Does anyone know if something similar happened with "Jennie"? I remember many Jennifer Jones movies being shown on TV while growing up during the 1960w and 70s. I never saw "Jennie" until it showed recently on Turner Classic movies.
