The tan, the mustache, the earring, the arm bracelet, the sexy muscular legs in short shorts....

And that little scar he had over his lip!

Gene Kelly was never sexier.

Anyone agree?

I loved the whole package - mustache and all.
I've always thought Kelly was at the pinnacle of his gorgeousness in this movie.
Wish I had it on dvd - I'd love to watch it right now!

I saw it on TMC last night, and yes, Gene was hot! He looked so sleek and sexy in his costumes, and I liked the longer, curly hair. There was real chemistry between the 2 characters, and I heard Judy was ill during production, but those 2 looked like they having so much fun, and Judy never looked so beautiful. Great movie.

Absolutely. I love the scene where he kisses the gal with the cigarette in his mouth. As much as I despise smoking, I'd forgive him for this one- it's so sexy!

I never thought of Gene Kelly as sexy until I saw this film, but that one number with the fire and swords changed my mind. Of course, the first time that I saw it was at the Castro Theater. That didn't hurt.

You are so lucky!
I got a chance to see it at the old UC Theatre in Berkeley.
That was fun - but the Castro would have been a real blast!
