Love it!

Yes, I can be technically critical, but I love this jolly little film and watch it several times a year. There's a real chemistry between the beautiful Jacqueline White and laid-back William Lundigan, both of whom I wish there were more of in films of this period. Ricardo Cortes is always good value, and although I've not seen Dolores Fernandez elsewhere, I can only say I wish I had.

Just watched it again and realised that Dolores Fernandez was the name of the character, played by Jacqueline Dalya.

Dolores is a great character in this. A real Latin spitfire who steals every scene that she is in.

I'm tempted to watch this Robert Wise movie again. There are some great scenes of Mexico City. There is enough intrigue and complications to retain my interest. It gets a bit mushy at times. There are no stars in this. Not that I'm bothered about that. I've rated it 6/10.
