Where's Lowe?

According to Wikipedia, Lowe 'makes a brief and uncredited appearance as a commuter on a train.' I can't find any such scene. IMDB has the film as 110 minutes, but the version on YouTube is 107 minutes, although this could just be the usual difference based on the faster running speed of PAL video. However, this shot (http://www.imdb.com/media/rm1550242304/tt0040548?ref_=ttmi_mi_all_prd_ 2) of Bill going off to war suggests there may have been a longer version that also included the Lowe scene.

One other little mystery is why the credits have the dead girl as 'The Blonde' rather than Myrna Watson.
