The song 'My wonderful One'

My Wonderful One:I have two or more instrumentals of this song and some of the lyrics Does anyone know where I may get a vocal rendition or the lyrics I have got some from lyricsplayground, it was also played in the 1950 Clark Gable movie To Please A Lady I have searched some web site's but not one lists it I believe it was written in the 1920s by, Fred Grofe/ Paul Whiteman/ Marshall Neilan/ Dorothy Terriss. sadly, a lot of those old fun songs from the films of the 30s, and 40s arent available on CDs (i've been looking for Virginia Obrien's fun songs for years) ...Walter Pidgeon warbles thru Wonderful One (and O Sole Mio) ...not so good. should have stuck to acting and left the singing to others... SO many big names in this one, but the plot is kind of all over the place.

Doris Day recorded this song at the end of her career as a singer. The entire album was withheld for several years but was eventually released on CD under the title The Love Album. Both Doris and the orchestrations are far more subdued than normal and this may be why the album was delayed for so long.

I bought the album when it was first released. I have no idea if it is still available.
