Is it not possible to get this on Video or DVD anywhere?

My father and my uncle were in the background of one of the scenes when they were boys and I'd love to see if I could spot them.

If anybody knows of a copy of this film please let me know.

You can get it as one of four ealing films in a box set DVD package. One of the other films is Whisky Galore.

Oh cool, thank you!

I believe it pays to search the Internet for DVDs, instead of posting messages such as this. Remember there is also a second hand market for these products.

Yesterday, I bought It Always Rains on Sunday, Digitally Remastered by the British Film Institute National Archive in 2012: 88 minutes running time, mono 2.0 sound, 1,371 image ratio, b&w PAL, Region 2 DVD, HOH subtitles.

Besides the trailer and stills gallery, the DVD has four exclusive interviews and something that may be of particular interest to you, a featurette on the film's locations with British Film Historian Richard Dacre.

I did ask the question in 2005, after an Internet search for DVDs, and then posted the message.

Thank you for your help. There was no need to be snippy.
