Strange sentence

Time counter 1:03:53. Tom is talking with a priest in his cell (death row).

After the priest says "He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul", inmate #4 says something that sounds like "Who'll fire up awful tight, boy", or "Hell fires up awful tight, boy" or "Who fires up all full tight, boy".
I would like to know if somebody knows exactly what he says and what does he mean with this strange sentence.
