Disinfect the place! Shake anybody up?

As they are flying over Berlin, Jean Arthur says about a pest hole and disinfecting the place. Is not that what Hitler did, disinfect the place of Jews and other undesirables? What would she use--Zyklon B? I am surprised no one ever commented on this on IMDB.
