Was this ever on TMC? is it available on DVD?

Turner Classic Movies ( TCM ) does show this film, "Force Of Evil", from time to time. TCM is where I became familiar with it, along with so many other outstanding films. If you go to TCM.com and enter the title or a principle actor, you can scroll down and see if TCM has it (or any other film) playing for the next 4 months in advance. I don't think "Force Of Evil" is available on DVD. That info should be available on this, or TCM's site.
