George and David Cole

In "The Kite" segment, young Herbert is played by David Cole. The resemblance to George Cole is there. Does anyone know if they are brothers? Their birth dates are eleven years apart.

George Cole was adopted by the Cole family when he was 10 days old and took their name so it follows that he has no natural brother surnamed Cole.
