It's the song performed throughout the movie, yet there's no mention of it!

I used to play this on the Hammond double keyboard organ, one of those with all of the foot pedals. It was so much fun and a bit of a challenge to play, and it was one of my favorites. I also loved "Nola", which has the same playful feeling:
