Where to find it?

It was released on DVD by Fox Cinema Archives a couple of years ago and is available from amazon (both direct and from marketplace sellers), as well as Movies Unlimited. The image and sound quality on the transfer is excellent and the film itself is very well made and well acted, especially by the then eleven years old Dean Stockwell as the orphan boy. The film was made in 1947 and released in the US in 1948 and in the UK in 1949.
